Step 59:
Valley-fold

Step 60:
Curve
the stem
Here I'm glueing a part
for the flowers to a stem.
I taped the base of the main-stem to the bottom of a stone pot. Then
I filled the pot with real pebbles. The stems at the base are taped
together to make stronger connections. All leaves are glued to the
stems, most of the leaves are facing upwards (catching sunlight).
Done!
I have a detailed video
tutorial for making the Bonsai Origami Plant on Facebook.
Step 61:
The
outer stems are strong enough to hold the parts with the flowers
and/or leaves. But the stems at the base do need metal/florist wire
inside to make them strong enough.
