You need two papers of equal size for this origami christmas tree.
Only the front of the square papers is coloured.
Step 1:This is the front of the paper.
Turn the paper.
Step 2:
Make a valley-fold over the red line.
Unfold the fold after you made it.
Step 3:
Make a valley-fold over these red lines.
Unfold these folds too after you made them.
Step 4:
Make a valley-fold over the red line.
Step 5:
Add glue to the backside of the piece that is indicated
by the arrow on the left and glue it to the piece indicated
with the arrow on the right.
Make valley-folds over the red lines while you glue
these pieces together.
Step 6:
The top of the tree is ready...
Step 7:
This paper is for the tree trunk.
Turn the paper.
Step 8:
Make a valley-fold over the red line.
Unfold this fold after you made it.
Step 9:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 10:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Make these folds over both layers of the model.
Step 11:
Add glue to the piece that is indicated with the 2 arrows
on the left.
Glue the backside of the piece that is indicated with
the arrows on the right to the piece on the left.
Now you have a tube which has a triangular shape.
Step 12:
This is the trunk for the christmas tree...
Step 13:
Add glue to the top of the tree trunk, see arrow on the right.
Insert the tree trunk in the bottom of the top of the tree
(see arrow on the left) and glue the 2 pieces together.
The christmas tree is ready!
