Step 1:
I used pink and purple crepe paper for this bow garland.

Step 2:
Take/make a rectangular piece of crepe paper.
Fold it over these two lines.

Step 3:
Fold over these two lines.

Step 4:
Press the model completely inwards from aside, see arrows.

Step 5:
Take/make a small rectangular piece of crepe paper in another color (purple) and fold it over these two lines.
Wrap the purple crepe paper ribbon around the center of the bow, see arrows.

Step 6:
Use transparant tape to fix the purple ribbon.

Step 7:
Pull the four corners outwards, see arrows.
Finally, press/push the bow outwards from the inside, to make it more puffy.

Done!
