MAKE A CREPE PAPER SKIRT
This is how to make a skirt out of crepe paper.
I made my skirt out of yellow crepe paper, other colors are also fine.
Step 1:
Take a long
normal paper strip for the waistband.
Fold in half.
Step 8:
Fold
the waistband in half over the prefolded line.
Step 6:
Repeat
step 5 on the left part.
Step 5:
Press
the right part of the upper edge inwards, use tape or glue to hold
the pleats.

Step 7:
Glue
the skirt to the lower half of the waistband.
Step 3:
Use
your own waist or a dolls waist to determine the length of the
waistband.
Step 2:
Prefold in half.
Step 4:
Use a
few layers of crepe paper, in about twice the length of the
waistband.
Fold the skirt into the right length over the pink line.
Step 9:
Wrap
the skirt around the waist, use tape or glue.
Done!
