Origami Crocus flower tutorial
The
stem with leaf is actually a stand for holding the flower.
Step 1:
Both
papers used for this model are the same size.
Prefold in half over these two lines.
Step 6:
Now
you've made a hexagon shape.
Prefold over these six lines.
Step 5:
Valley-fold
the tip to the center.
Step 2:
Valley-fold
the corner to the center.
Step 4:
Valley-fold
the edges to the centerline.
Step 3:
Valley-fold
the corners to the spots indicated by the arrows.
Step 10:
Press/push
the edges downwards/flat.
Step 8:
Prefold
over these two lines. Fold just a bit next of the tip, see arrow.
Step 9:
Valley-fold
the tip upwards
Step 7:
Start
with the folds on the bottom right.

Step 16:
Curl
the tip of each petal inwards by rolling it up with your fingers.
Step 15:
Press
the bottom of the flower inwards from aside.
Step 12:
Repeat
steps 8 to 11 two more times.
Step 11:
Valley-fold
the petal downwards.
Step 14:
Repeat
step 13 on two other petals, see arrows.
Step 13:
Valley-fold
over these two lines.
Step 21:
Mountain-fold
over these two lines.
Step 19:
Valley-fold
over these two lines.
Step 20:
Valley-fold
over these two lines.
Step 18:
Prefold
the paper in half.
Step 17:
The
flower itself is done...
Step 22:
Mountain-fold
over these two lines.
Step 25:
Glue
or tape the flower to the stand.
Step 24:
Hold
both tips apart from each other, then press/fold the model flat from
aside.
Step 23:
Valley-fold
in half.
