Fold to the inside four times, use the prefolded lines as guidance

Step 6:
Fold over these four lines

Step 13:
Bend/curve outwards.

Step 12:
Fold straight upwards four times

Step 11:
Pull outwards, see arrows.

Step 10:
Glue / tape the edges together, if necessary

Step 9:
This is the inside of the model, fold the four flaps in half

Step 5:
Prefold in half four times, then open the model

Step 7:
Repeat step 4

Step 3:
Fold the corners to the center

Step 2:
Fold the corners to the center.

Step 4:
Fold over the prefolded lines.
