Prefold in half, then turn the paper.

Step 13:
Valley-fold over these two lines.

Step 12:
Fold over these 3 lines.

Step 11:
Turn the model again.

Step 10:
Valley-fold over these two lines.

Step 9:
Turn the model.

Step 5:
Mountain-fold over these 2 lines.

Step 7:
Fold the 2 corners to the inside by making
a mountain-fold over the red lines and
a valley-fold on the same place at the layer
below.

Step 3:
Prefold the lines indicated by
the small arrows to the centerline.
Do this by folding over the two red lines.

Step 2:
Prefold the edges to the center line.

Step 4:
Fold the edges to the lines you've prefolded
in step 3.

Step 15:
Squash-fold the edge flat between your
fingers, see arrows.

Step 14:
Valley-fold the flap straight upwards,
do the same with the other flap, see arrow.

Step 16:
This is a rear view of the plane.....
