ORIGAMI FISHBONE
This is how to fold a pretty realistic fishbone out of a long paper
rectangle.


Step 1:
Fold
a large paper square in half three times. If your paper gets to
thick for folding, just cut off one prefolded strip. You also can
just add eight paper quares together and fold the fishbone out of
this 8x1 ratio paper.

Prefold
in half, then fold both ends to this prefolded centerline.



Step 6:
Press
flat
Step 5:
Fold
over these two lines.
Step 2:
Fold
both edges to the centerline and unfold the model afterwards.
Step 4:
Fold
over these two lines, use the prefolded lines as guidance.

Step 3:
Valley-fold
over the left line and mountain-fold over the right line.

where to place these folds.

Step 10:
Fold
along the edges.


Step 8:
Fold
over these two lines.
Step 9:
Press
flat.
Step 7:
Fold
over these four lines, use the prefolded lines as guidance.

Step 16:
Fold
over these lines.
Step 15:
Fold
over these lines, turn the model afterwards.
Step 12:
Repeat
steps 8 to 10 starting with these two lines.
Step 11:
Fold
over these four lines, use the prefolded lines as guidance.
Step 14:
Repeat
steps 8 to 10 starting with these two lines.



Step 13:
Fold
over these four lines.


Step 21:
Fold
these parts in half and curve them a little to the right.
Step 19:
Fold
over these six lines.
Step 20:
Fold
along the edges
Step 18:
Fold
the corners backwards over the upper and lower line. And fold the
tail into an angle over the two inner lines.
Step 17:
Fold
these parts in half, the one on the right just a little.



Step 22:
Fold
the left edge inwards to make a mouth. And fold the spot indicated
by the arrow downwards, for making an eye.
