Origami Ivy with
Pink Flowers
This
is how to make a decorative Ivy with Origami flowers
Step 1:
The
flower papers are pink with a yellow center.
Prefold in half four times
Step 6:
Sink
fold over the prefolded lines
Step 5:
Prefold,
then open the model, see the picture of the next step.
Step 2:
Fold
the corners to the center and outwards again.
Step 4:
Fold
over the prefolded lines, work in the direction of the arrows.
Step 3:
Prefold
over these four lines.
Step 10:
Fold
the edge downwards.
Step 8:
This
is a petal with more paper layers, bookfold.
Step 9:
This
is a thinner petal.
Fold it downwards
Step 7:
Press
the model inwards
Step 16:
Make
enough flowers for one Ivy
Step 15:
Fold
the tip of each petal backwards
Step 12:
Squash-fold.
Step 11:
Repeat
steps 9 and 10 on two more thinner petals.
Step 14:
Squash-fold
the other three petals.
Step 13:
Squash-fold.
Step 21:
Make
zig zag folds
Step 19:
Fold
over these two lines
Step 20:
Fold
in half.
Step 18:
Fold
over these two lines
Step 17:
Prefold
in half.
Step 22:
Open
the model.
Step 25:
Twist
and press inwards until the stem is thin enough
Step 26:
Glue
or tape a
few stems together into one long Ivy stem. And glue the flowers and
leafs to the stem(s), see pictures as guidance.
Step 24:
The
stems are made of large rectangular wrapping papers.
Fold in half a few times
Step 23:
Make
enough leafs for one Ivy.
