This is how to fold a magic wand out of a paper square,
both sides have another color. The purple / lilac part is for the
crystal and the
yellow part is for the wand itself. I used two papers myself, instead
of one paper
with two different colors.
Step 1: I
layed a lilac / purple paper on a yellow paper square and folded the
magic wand out of this selfmade paper.
Step 6: Press
/ fold flat, see purple lines.
Step 5: Roll
up, use tape or glue
Step 2: Fold
in three parts of the same size.
Step 4: I
used transparent tape to make the lilac for the crystal extra shiny.
Fold over the four purple lines.
Step 3: Fold
over these two diagonal lines, to reveal the lilac side of the
paper.
Step 10: Bend
/ curve both ends by rolling them up with your fingers.
Step 8: Fold
in half.
Step 9: Pull
the upper edge outwards a little, see arrows. And fold the edges
downwards, see curved purple lines in the photo below:
Step 7: Fold
over these two lines.
