This is a tutorial for folding a realistic looking Origami Pear out of
a large paper
square. The paper is folded into a triangle shape first. One side of
the paper is
dark green, for the little stem and leaf, and the other side is light
green.
Step 1: Prefold
in half. Then prefold the corner to this prefolded centerline, see
arrow.
Step 6: Now
the square paper is folded into a triangle shape.
Step 5: Fold
the flap in half over the long line, then fold it over the short
line.
Step 2: Fold
this corner to the prefolded centerline, see arrow.
Step 4: Fold
over the prefolded line.
Step 3: Fold
the flap in half over the long left line, then over the short line
on the right.
Step 10: Fold
over the yellow line.
Step 8: Fold
over the prefolded lines, into a basic shape.
Step 9: Prefold
over these two lines.
Step 7: Prefold
over these three lines.

Step 16: Fold
these two corners inwards, see arrows.
Step 15: Fold
the edges outwards over these two curved lines, to reveal the dark
green side of the paper.
Step 12: Prefold
along the edge and open the model, see arrow.
Step 11: Press
/ fold these edges downwards over the prefolded lines.
Step 14: Fold
the flap in half over the upper line, then fold over the lower line.
Step 13: Press
/ fold this edge downwards over the prefolded line.
Step 21: Pull
the edges outwards on several places, to make the model more 3d
Step 19: Fold
the third flap in half over the left line and to the right over the
white line.
Step 20: Close
the six corners by folding over these lines. Use glue/tape if
necessary.
Step 18: Repeat
step 14 to 16 on this flap
Step 17: Fold
over this line.
Step 22: Press
the bottom inwards a little
Step 25: Open
the leaf and press flat.
Step 24: Pull
and fold the leaf out of the stem
Step 23: Fold
the little stem around the leaf.
