ORIGAMI PELICAN
This is how to fold a funny and easy Origami pelican out of one paper
square.
Step 1:
Draw
four orange or yellow circles on the corners of a white paper square
and you basicly have the same paper as me.
Prefold in half over these four lines.
Step 6:
Bookfold
one edge to the left.
Step 5:
Fold
the edges downwards over the prefolded lines.
Repeat steps 3 to 5 on the other side of the model.
Step 2:
Valley-fold
over the two lines on the bottom right, mountain-fold over the two
diagonal lines and valley-fold over the two lines at the top left.
Step 4:
Fold
over the red line.
Step 3:
Prefold
over both lines.
Step 10:
Fold
the large flap to the right, do the same on the other side of the
model.
Step 8:
Fold
over the white line, then fold the tip downwards.
Step 9:
Press
/ fold flat, see large arrow and repeat steps 7 to 9 on the
left.
Step 7:
Fold
the flap sidewards.

Step 16:
Pull
the lower flap downwards.
Step 15:
Fold
over this line.
Step 12:
Fold
the neck upwards.
Step 11:
Fold
in half and fold the wings sidewards.
Step 14:
Fold
the leg in half and press it backwards a little. Do the same on the
other leg.
Step 13:
Fold
the head sidewards (Make the same folds as the red lines on the
other side of the neck).
Step 17:
Pull
these two edges upwards and fold the mouth wide open if you want,
see picture below.
DONE!
