This is how to make a nice and elegant perfume bottle out of two paper
squares.
The purple bottle paper is 20x20 centimeters and the black cap paper
is 10x10 cm.
I used transparent tape to make the paper extra
shiny.
Step 1: Fold
over these two lines, they're both about half a centimeter away from
the edge.
Step 6: Fold
the four mountain-fold-lines 2/3 (prefolded) square sidewards. Use
tape or glue to keep the folds on place.
Step 5: Make
these prefolded lines sharper. The upper light purple line isn't
prefolded yet, it's in the middle of two prefolded lines.
Step 2: Prefold
in half, then fold both edges to the centerline two times. Unfold
afterwards.
Step 4: Fold
over this prefolded line and turn the model.
Step 3: Repeat
step 2 in this direction and unfold the blue purple line on the
right.
Step 10: Fold
one flap over the other, all lines are prefolded.
Step 8: Fold
these two edges inwards.
Step 9: Fold
the other two edges inwards.
Step 7: Make
sharp edges and glue/tape the end on the right to the end on the
left.

Step 16: The
cap paper is half the size of the bottle paper.
Prefold in half, then fold both edges to the centerline two times.
Unfold afterwards.
Step 15: And
the bottle itself is done.....
Step 12: Press
/ fold the two outer edges inwards, see arrows. Do the same on the
other side.
Step 11: Press
the bottom flat from the inside and make sharp edges, see purple
line.
Step 14: Press
the edges flat and in a straight angle, use tape or glue if
necessary.
Step 13: Press
/ fold the two edges further inwards. Do the same on the other side.
Step 19: Fold
the four corners inwards. Use the prefolded squares pattern as
guidance.
Step 18: Make
these prefolded lines sharper.
Step 17: Repeat
step 16 in this direction.
Step 20: Glue/tape
these edges together.
The
cap fits well around the neck of the bottle.... DONE!
