Origami Gift Box with Ribbon

I used photo printer paper for this model and printed this pink texture on it myself.
Other papers are also fine for this model, but I like the glossy look of it.

                                                    Step 1:
                                                    This is the front of the paper,
                                                    the other side is completely white.
                                                    Mountain-fold over these 2 lines.

                                                    Then turn the paper

                                                    Step 2:
                                                   Mountain-fold over these 2 lines.


                                                    Step 3:
                                                    Curl the model a little, see next picture for guidance




                                                    Step 4:
                                                    Now the edge indicated by the arrows on the left
                                                    goes under the 2 edges indicated by the arrows
                                                    on the right




                                                Step 5:
                                                    Press the model flat a little, so the tube gets less circular,
                                                    use the picture of step 6 as guidance.

                                                    Mountain-fold over these 2 lines


                                                    Step 6:
                                                    Turn the model



                                                    Step 7:
                                                    Mountain-fold over these 2 lines.






                                                    Step 8:

                                                    The box is ready!














                                                   I made a yellow papercraft ribbon to decorate the box




                                                    Cut out small paper stripes and glue them together








                                                    Wrap the ribbon around the gift box

                                                                            Curl the ends of the ribbon and you're done!
