ORIGAMI SKIRT
This
3d skirt is pretty easy to fold
Step 1:
The other side of this paper is
completely pink.
Make a mountain-fold over this line.
Then, turn the paper.
Step 2:
Prefold the model (in half) over this
line
Step 3:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 4:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 5:
And make a valley-fold over these 2
lines.
Step 6:
Unfold the model until it has the same
shape as
in step 2 again.
Step 7:
Now the model has all prefolded lines,
but many of them
are in the wrong direction.
First, make a mountain-fold over the
line at the right.
Then, make a valley-fold over the next
line.
Continue making mountain- and
valley-folds over all
prefolded lines.
Step 8:
Make an extra fold between the
folded lines at the white
piece only. See black lines as example
(these are
the same sort of zig zag folds as in step 7)
Step 9:
Here a part of step 8 is already done.
The white part is getting a more
detailed zig zag pattern
then the pink part.
Step 10:
Pull the model at the bottom of the
arrows outwards,
in the direction of these arrows.
Step 11:
Push the top of the pleats to the right
and then flat,
see arrows as example.
Step 12:
Make a valley-fold over this line.
Step 13:
Make a valley-fold over this
line.
Step 14:
You can stretch the upper part
of the skirt by pulling
it outwards on several places if the
model is to small.
Turn the model.
Step 15:
Glue the 2 upper corners
together
