Step 1:
Take a standard printer- / copy-paper.
Prefold in half

Step 6:
Prefold the edges to the centerline.

Step 5:
Prefold in half.

Step 2:
Prefold

Step 4:
Fold over this line and turn the paper.

Step 3:
Prefold.

Step 10:
Glue / tape together.

Step 8:
Fold into a straight angle

Step 9:
Repeat step 8 three more times.

Step 7:
Make sharper folding lines

Step 16:
Fold the 4 corners inwards.

Step 15:
Press these 4 corners inwards.

Step 12:
Fold all 4 corners inwards.

Step 11:
Pull outwards.

Step 14:
Press these 4 corners inwards.

Step 13:
Glue the edges of each corner together

Step 21:
Use about 5 tiny circles for the mouth and 2 larger for the eyes.

Step 19:
Done.....

Step 20:
Fold a small black paper into a (random) circle.
 

Step 18:
Fold the other 2 edges downwards, use glue or tape.

Step 17:
Fold these 2 edges downwards.

Step 22:
The snowman on the right has a drawn face

Step 28:
Prefold the edges to the centerline

Step 25:
Prefold.

Step 26:
Fold over this line and turn the model.

Step 24:
Fold over these 2 lines.

Step 23:
Take a black standard size printer- / copy-paper.
Prefold in half

Step 29:
Prefold, these lines are in the middle of the prefolded lines

Step 27:
Prefold in half

Step 30:
Fold over these lines, the mountain-folds are already prefolded

Step 31:
Press these edges downwards and glue / tape them to the model

Step 32:
Glue / tape together

Step 33:
Fold this edge downwards

Step 35:
Fold the edge downwards on 6 more spots

Step 34:
Fold this spot downwards

Step 36:
This is how the top of the hat looks.

Step 37:
Fold the 4 edges sidewards.

Step 38:
This is how the inside of the hat looks.
