Origami Stepper Box
This box is great to store jewellery, coins or small
toys
Step 1:
The
paper for the large outer box is twice the size of the papers for
the small boxes and lid.
Valley-fold
over this line, it's 1/5 (or less) of the edge
Step 6:
Fold
over these lines, the mountain-folds are already prefolded
Step 5:
Prefold
the edges to the centerline
Step 2:
Prefold
in half
Step 4:
Prefold
in half
Step 3:
Fold
the edges to the centerline, then unfold the model.
Step 10:
Prefold
in half over these two lines
Step 8:
Make
sharper folding lines
Step 9:
The
outer box is done....
Step 7:
Use
tape or glue to close the edges, see white lines.

Step 16:
Fold
over these two lines, start with the upper line
Step 15:
Use
tape or glue to connect the edges
Step 12:
Prefold
the edges to the center
Step 11:
Fold
the corners to the center
Step 14:
Pull/fold
the four corners inwards.
Step 13:
Fold
one flap outwards
Step 21:
Fold
the corners to the center.
Step 19:
The
smaller boxes are fixed with tape (or glue)
Step 20:
Prefold
in half over these two lines
Step 18:
Make
three more of these small boxes.
Step 17:
Slide
the flap of the small box into the outer box, see arrow.
Step 22:
Prefold
over these four lines, use the width of the large box as guidance.
This is how to close the box:
Step 24:
Use
tape or glue to connect the edges
Step 23:
Pull/fold
the four corners inwards
