Sticky Note Origami Stars
Post-It memos are great for folding fun origami models, like this
model.
I used 3 different Sticky Note papers to make these stars: yellow,
green and pink.
Step 1:
Fold
in half over this line.
Step 6:
Now
the sticky paper has a prefolded square-pattern which can be used as
guidance in the next steps.
Fold the paper in half over this line.
Step 5:
Repeat
steps 1 to 4 in the other direction, see pink line.
Step 2:
Fold
in half over this line.
Step 4:
Unfold
the model.
Step 3:
Fold
the model in half over this line.
Step 10:
Mountain-fold
the edge on the left to the edge on the right, see arrows.
Step 8:
Mountain-fold
over this line.
Step 9:
Valley-fold
the edge on the left to the edge on the right, see arrows.
Step 7:
Valley
fold the spot indicated by the arrow on the right to the spot
indicated by the arrow on the left.
Step 12:
Now
the paper has a prefolded figure with 5 sides.
Step 11:
Prefold
over this line, fold the edge below to the edge above, see arrows.
Then, unfold the model.
Step 13:
Valley-fold
over these prefolded lines.
Step 14:
Make
an inside reverse fold over these 3 lines.
Step 15:
Repeat
step 14 on the other 4 edges, see arrows.
Then, turn the model.
