A STINGRAY
Only the front of the square piece of paper is coloured.
Step 1:
This is the front of the paper.
Turn the paper.
Step 2:
Make a valley-fold over the pink line.
Unfold this fold after you made it.
Step 3:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 4:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 5:
Make a valley-fold over this line.
Step 6:
And make a valley-fold over this line.
Make this fold over the upper part of
the model.
Step 7:
Make a valley-fold over the pink line.
The corner at the arrow goes a bit down
(in the
direction of the arrow) when you make
this fold.
Step 8:
At the arrow is the corner of step 7.
Now, flatten everything by pressing on
the pieces
from above.
Step 9:
Repeat step 7 and 8 on the other side of
the model,
see the pink line.
Step 10:
Make the tail less edgy with these 2
valley-folds.
Step 11:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 12:
Make a valley-fold over this line, so
the top of the model
looks like the figure of step 13.
Step 13:
Press the tail of the stingray
upwards at the arrow
on the left and downwards at the arrow
on the right.
Now the tail looks more realistic.
The stingray is ready!
