This is how to make a shiny table knife out of paper and aluminium
foil.
Step 1: I taped tin foil
to a paper of about 20x20 cm or 8x8 inches, see next picture.
Step 8: Repeat
step 6 over these 3 lines
Step 6: Press
this edge inwards by making an
inside reverse fold over these 3 lines
(=valley-fold over the line in the middle
and a mountain-fold over the 2 outer lines).
Step 13: Mountain-fold
over this line, do the same on
the other side, see arrow.
Step 12: Press
the edge inwards by making
a mountain-fold over this line, do the
same on the right, see purple arrow.
Step 11: Now
the model looks like this.
Step 10: Press
the model inwards between your
fingers. Make the same folds on the
other side
Step 9: Prefold
over this line, it's a little on the
right of the center-line
Step 5: Press
the edges inwards from aside to open
the end, see next picture.
Step 7: Rotate
the model, with the other edge in front.
Step 3: Continue
making valley-folds until you've
reached the upper edge.
Step 2:
Valley-fold over this line.
Step 4: This
is the final valley-fold.
Done!
