This is how to fold a real nice paper Tic Tac Toe game with rack
Step 1: Prefold
in half two times.
The
block
papers are 15x15 centimeters, red on one side and yellow on the
other side. The pink rack paper is 21x21 centimeters. Other color
combinations are also fine.
Step 6: Tape
or glue these edges together, see arrows. Then turn the model again
Step 5: Fold
/ pull the four corners inwards.
Step 2: Valley-fold
over these four lines.
Step 4: Prefold
over these four lines, then turn the model.
Step 3: Fold
over these four lines.
Step 10: Valley-fold.
Step 8: Valley-fold
over these two lines.
Step 9: Prefold,
then turn the model
Step 7: Make
five of these X-blocks for one game.

Step 16: Mountain-fold
over the blue line, then press the flap downwards, see arrow.
Use tape or glue to make the top of the block flat.
Step 15: Repeat
step 14 over these lines.
Step 12: Prefold
in half.
Step 11: Valley-fold.
Step 14: Fold
the edge on the left downwards.
Make the same folds on the place indicated by the pink arrow.
Then mountain-fold over the white line.
Step 13: Prefold
both edges to the centerline, then turn the model.
Step 21: Press
both edges sidewards, see arrows
Step 19: Prefold,
all three parts are the same size.
Step 20: Pull
/ fold both edges upwards
Step 18: This
paper is for the rack.
Prefold, all three parts are the same size.
Step 17: Make
five 0-blocks for one game.
Step 22: Repeat
steps 20 and 21 with these two edges.
Step 25: Fold
/ pull these two edges upwards again
Step 26: Fold
/ pull these six edges upwards.
Step 24: Fold
/ pull the four corners inwards.
Step 23: Fold
over these four lines.
Step 27: Tape
/ glue all edges together, see arrows as example.
