Step 1:
Prefold in half, then fold both edges to the prefolded centerline.

Step 6:
Fold these two edges inwards over the prefolded lines.

Step 5:
Prefold over these two lines. Open the model afterwards.

Step 2:
Fold the edges to the centerline, unfold the model afterwards.

Step 4:
Fold in half over the prefolded line.

Step 3:
Prefold in half, then prefold both edges to the centerline.

Step 10:
Prefold over these two lines. Fold the line indicated by the upper arrow to the edge indicated by the lower arrow.

Step 8:
Press the model flat

Step 9:
Make the same fold on the other side.

Step 7:
Fold the lower edge to this edge, see arrow.

Step 16:
Make sharper folding lines.

Step 15:
Mountain-fold over these prefolded lines.

Step 12:
Prefold over these two lines and open the model again.

Step 11:
I opened the model here, this is a view from above.
Sink-fold the center over the prefolded lines.

Step 14:
Prefold the edges over these lines and open the upper part of the model afterwards.

Step 13:
Sink-fold over the prefolded lines.

Step 17:
Fold all layers together over the left line. Repeat the right folding line on the other edge, see arrow.
Finally, fold the tip on the front of the boat inwards along the edge.
