ORIGAMI BASEBALL CAP
Only
the front of the square paper is coloured. Any color you like can be
used for this
baseball
cap.
Step 1:
This is the front of the paper, the
other side is
completely white.
Fold the paper in half over this line
(mountain-fold).
Step 2:
Prefold over this line.
Step 3:
Prefold over these 4 lines.
Step 4:
Turn the model.
Step 5:
Pull the corner at the arrow to the
left, in the direction of
this arrow. Do this by making a
mountain-fold over the line
in the middle and a valley-fold over the
other 2 lines.
Step 6:
Push the pieces indicated by the 2
arrows against each
other. Then, lock them together by
making the folds over
the 2 blue lines. These lines are on the
same place when
the 2 pieces are pushed against each
other.
Step 7:
The arrow shows the piece you've made in
step 6.
Press this piece downwards and then,
make a valley-fold
over the blue line. Make this fold over
all layers of the
model.
Step 8:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 9:
Make a valley-fold over these 2 lines.
The pieces at the 2 arrows are pulled
inwards a little
when you make these folds.
Step 10:
Make a valley-fold over this line.
Step 11:
Make a valley-fold over the 2 short
lines on the left.
Step 12:
Make the model more round by making a
valley-fold on
the 4 corners indicated by the arrows.
Step 13:
Turn the model.
Step 14:
Make the top of the model less
pointy by pressing on it
from above and below with your fingers,
see arrow on the
right. It's no problem if the model
wrinkles a little when
you do this.
Finally,
press the cap a little upwards, see arrow on the
left.
Done!
Woof!
