Both sides of the square piece of paper are coloured.
Step
1:
This is the front of the paper.
Turn the paper.
Step
2:
Make a valley-fold over this line.
Unfold the fold after you made it.
Step
3:
Make a valley-fold over these two lines.
Step
4:
Make a valley-fold over these two lines.
Make these folds over both the layers of
the model.
Step
5:
Now the model looks like this.
Unfold the whole model.
Step
6:
Make the same folds you made in steps 2
to 5
in the direction of the red line in this
picture.
Step
7:
Now the paper has prefolded squares on
it.
Fold the piece below the red line up, so
it stands
straight up. This piece is 3 prefolded
squares in width.
Step
8:
Make an inside-reverse fold over the 3
lines on the right.
Make sure that the edge below keeps
standing straight up
when you make these folds.
The piece on the right of the upper line
will stand up
straight too when you made these folds.
(this piece is also
3 prefolded squares in width).
Step
9:
Repeat step 8 on the corner that is
indicated with the
yellow arrow.
Step
10:
Now the model looks like this.
Repeat step 8 on the other 2 corners
that are indicated
with the yellow arrows.
Step
11:
Add glue to the 4 pieces that are
indicated with an arrow
and glue the loose edges on the outside
of the model
to these pieces.
The box is ready!
