Step 1:The 3 spaces between the lines are all of the same size.
First, mountain-fold over the line on top, then mountain-fold
over the line below.
Step 2:
Prefold over these 2 lines.
Step 3:
Prefold over these 2 lines.
Fold the edge indicated by the arrow below to the edge
at the arrow on top. Do the same on the left of the model.
Step 4:
Prefold over these 2 lines.
Use the folding lines of step 3 as guidance, see arrows.
Step 5:
Prefold over these 2 lines.
Use the folding lines of step 4 as guidance.
Step 6:
Make an inside reverse fold over these 3 lines
(=valley-fold over the short line in the middle and
mountain-fold over the 2 outer lines).
Then, turn the model.
Step 7:
Make an inside reverse fold over these 3 lines
(=mountain-fold over the short line in the middle and
valley-fold over the 2 outer lines).
Make these folds on the edge you've made in step 6
Step 8:
Repeat step 6 and 7 on this side of the model, see arrow.
Step 9:
Mountain-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 10:
Mountain-fold over this (prefolded) line.
Step 11:
Make an inside reverse fold over these 3 lines.
Fold the edge indicated by the arrow below to the
edge at the upper arrow.
Step 12:
Make an inside reverse fold over these 3 lines.
Make these folds on the edge you've made in step 11
Step 13:
Now the model looks like this.
Step 14:
Hold the model the same as I do.
Then pull the piece at the bottom of the arrow
to the right with your other hand.
Step 15:
And now the model looks like this.
Turn the model upside down.
Step 16:
Valley-fold over these 2 lines.
Step 17:
A small piece is sticking out of the model now,
Fold this piece to the inside by making a valley-fold
over this line.
Step 18:
Valley-fold over the line at the left and mountain-fold
over the one at the right.
